The Hiring Process
The recruitment of qualified service personnel has been one of the most important factors in the success of our company. We seek experienced and supervisory personnel as well as entry level candidates seeking a career in the service maintenance industry. Overton actively recruits candidates at job fairs and local college campuses, as well as, with local media and traditional classified advertisements. When possible, it is the policy of Overton to hire full-time employees to regular 40 hour permanent schedules. While a greater portion of employees fall into this category, we do have a cadre of part-time employees who fill open shifts, or special assignments. We are a fast growing company that offers steady advancement for qualified employees.

What We Do
The range of cleaning services that we provide is extensive, from general office cleaning to specialized cleaning such as, floor, carpet, upholstery, blind and window cleaning.
