Overton Services Appoints New Regional Vice President

Introducing David Goldfarb as Southern California Regional Vice President

I am not only pleased, but very excited, to announce that Mr. David Goldfarb has accepted the position of Regional Vice President of Operations for Overton Services in the Southern California Region, effective September 28th.  David will report to our Corporate Senior Vice President, Mr. Jason Solorzano.

With the operational responsibilities for our Security and Janitorial divisions throughout Southern California, David will oversee our workforce and administer our growing portfolio of regional and national accounts.  David comes to us from two decades of senior management experience in the security and janitorial industries as Executive Vice President of several security guard and commercial janitorial companies with over 2,500 employees.

We view his appointment as a sign of our commitment to become one of the leading companies in our industry in Southern California.  The increase in demand from our customers to service Southern California led us to look for an addition to our team who had the experience and success, not only in our industry, but in the regional service area. It is very fortunate that we were able to find someone of David’s caliber to fulfill this role.    We are confident that David will play a key part in providing and implementing the high-quality business solutions our customers expect and deserve while managing the continued growth of our services in Southern California. Overton Services Expands Into Southern California

Overton Services Acquires American Services Industries

Overton Services is very excited to announce the asset acquisition of American Services Industries, Inc., located in Inglewood, California, effective August 3, 2015.  ASI, a division of Federal Building Services based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, has been providing quality uniform security services to an impressive list of clients in the Southern California area since 2003.  All ASI employees and management have been retained and are very excited about becoming part of the Overton’ team of Cleaning and security specialist.  We all look forward to working together to bring our clients the most professional and responsive security and cleaning services in the industry.
